Got the Plans! + Drawing in Action

So i got hold of some plans/sections and elevations:

This is the extent of the floor plan. Yes, its very small, but I'm a fan of the use of shading.
These are the elevations- very CADish. I couldn't find anything hand drawn, so I guess I'm going to copy this, but do it in a slightly softer way?
And these, would be the sections, which are uber technical, they look like the actual ones whihc were used by builders etc. Since there is little else available, once again, I am going to use but soften them up.I actually could not find anything drawn by the architect, except these diagrams:
So I am at a bit of a loss as to what his "style" was. All pics are from here

This gives a good idea of the proportions of the house- its pretty boxy!

Yes, those are a LOT of trees! The whole block is pretty much trees, because there was no sea view.

An interior view- not sure if you can make it out because its very rough, but the windows on the right give some awesome shadows...
